Kobukan was still the main center school for O'Sensei's teachings in Tokyo.

At the intiative of Onisaburo Deguchi, in Nineteen Thirty Two. Another Organization was founded as well, the Budo Senyokai. It's porpose, to promote the Uyeshiba Art on a National Scale, using the Omoto Chapters that were already in place.

This action taken by Deguchi, is a clear indication of the Love, High Respect, and Faith that he held for O'Sensei. Deguchi had provided Morihei with the confidence to pursue his dream all through out his life. Evedince of the strong bond that exist between the Founder and the Omoto Kyo.

Wabed Takeda Dojo, was the hall created in Nineteen Thirty Three. For the studies of O'Sensei's Art, trainning was located in Hyogo Prefecture. Docens of students went to live there. Putting into practice O'Sensei's ideals, the union between Budo and Nature. In this same year O'Sensei, became the President of the Japanese Association.

The Second Omoto Incident, came in December of Nineteen Thirty Five. Which resulted in the supression of the Omoto Kyo. O'Sensei barley managed to escape arrest. By the mid. Nineteen Thirties, O'Sensei, had already established himself as a Master famous amongst all the realms of the Exotic Arts. It was necessary for him to maintain a distance from all Omoto activities.

"Catching the peoples heart, and attention by Nature. O'Sensei, begun the Era of his creation. The Harmony of Spirit, Mind, and Body".                                                                                                                                                                                                                            L.A.

During this period the Aiki known as Budo. Had taken upon intense Kendo training at Kobukan. O'Sensei continued as well teaching the Militatry Institutes such as,                                                                                     The Army University                                                                                                                                     Naval Acadamy                                                                                                                                     Toyama Military School                                                                                                                          Nakano Military School                                                  O'Sensei, posed for a picture in Nineteen Thirty Six. Performing a Kokyu Nage, on Shigemi Yonekawa, as Uke. At Noma Dojo, Tokyo.

Japan and China entered war in Nineteen Thirty Seven. The Nation became tense. One by one the older Uchideshi, and the newest of students were drafted. Ranks at Kobukan begun to decrease. Due to the Pacific War, fewer students were able to enroll. It was around this time when Koichi Tohei, and Kisaburo Osawa, entered Kobukan. By this periodin time, O'Sensei's energy went into teaching the various Military Institutes.

It was Sep. of Nineteen Thirty Nine. When O'Sensei, was invited to Manchuria. For a public Demonstration of his Art. Noriaki Inoue, came along to assist as Uke.

"You are all probably thinking, they can't possibly do those techniques with out some sort of agreement between us. Since you are all highly trainned in the Arts. If there is but a man amongst you all come, test this Old Man".                                                                                                                                                                                                        O'Sensei Morihei Uyeshiba.

Even though there were several goverment officials observing, no one stepped foward. The sumo Sekiwake Saburo Wakuta, had just recently arrived. When seeing O'Sensei, Saburo was doubtfull of the Old Man's technique.

At only Thirty Five, years of age. The youngest amongst all the men. Saburo, decided to test his own abilty against the, Old Man.                                                                                                                                                                 "YES, I Will Try".                                                                                                                                                                                               Sekiwake Saburo Wakuta.

"You are Tenryu, arent you. You're thinking this Old Man, that an old man like me wont be able to throw you. Verry well, however Budo is much more then you think".                                                                                                                                                    O'Sensei Morihei Uyeshiba.

Offering his left hand.

"It's weaker then the right. You must, be quite strong physically. I'll put no strength into my arm at all. Go ahead, do as you please, Try".                                                                                                                                                                                                              O'Sensei Morihei Uyeshiba.

"Thinking the Old Man, spoke nonsense. Saburo, disrespectfully went to slap down on O'Sensei's wrist. As he got closer, in just but a moment. Saburo, took a deep breath, and slowed his approach, he'd been startled.

As he grassped O'Sensei's wrist he felt as if he were holding on to an Iorn Bar. Saburo's experience in Sumo, had taught him that it would just be useless to struggle. Immediatly, knowing of his defeat.

Yet he attempted to twist O'Sensei's arm up and out. O'Sensei, moved not an inch. With both hands now Saburo, summoned up all his strength pulling left, right, up, and down, yet nothing, he pushed, and as he pulled. O'Sensei, with just two fingers. Used Saburo's own strength against him. With just a touch, the Sumo fell.

In an interview Sokeshi, was humblely asked.,                                                                                    Why did Saburo, continue on knowing he'd been defeated?                                                               With a slight gaze in his eyes, as if remembering some past Sokeshi, replied.                               For some, it was more of an Honor to die under the steel of a skilled Warrior, in battle. Then to live wondering if one sword could free a Nation. Defeat the thousand of enemies, with out any regrets nor fear.                                                                                                                                     Saburo, accepted his defeat and as a warrior rathered been thrown hard. Then to walk away, wondering what if he'd tried harder.                                                                                           He confronted his fear not once but twice. First as he reached for O'Sensei, then as he grasped on to his wrist. By the time he'd held on with both hands his fear was gone. Only the Spirit remained.                                                                                                                                    What he did next was the most Honorable thing left for him to do.                      Young Kyo. One must  be Brave, and stay true to his or her own Path. Defeat the enemy within first, then can the one defeat many".                                                                                                                                                                                               L.A.

As Saburo arose to his feet,                                                                                                                          "Come to Ushigome, in Tokyo. A period of three months should be ebough".                                                                                                                   O'Sensei Morihei Uyeshiba.

Amazed that such an Art existed Saburo, request official leave from the Minister of Manchuria. Whom observed the demonstration, requesting to become O'Sensei's student. Saburo entered Wakamatsu Cho. On April of Nineteen Thirty Nine. Trainning under O'Sensei, directly for Seventy days, untill the month of June.

Even though the Pacific war was still in action. O'Senei, continued with his visits to Manchuria. Becoming an advison for diverse Institutions. Amongst them was the University of Kenkoku.

On April Thirty, Nineteen Fourty. The Minestery of Health convinced Kobukan to join their status of Function. The first President of the Foundation, was Admiral Takeshita. On that same year the Police Academy where O'Sensei, taught adopted AikiBudo as a mandatory assigment.

The explosions of the War began, and once again one by one the students of Tokyo where sent to the fronts. Kisshomaru, was only in his second teachings at Waseda University. When asked to care for the Dojo, and it's responsibilities. Managment would be assigned to Kisaburo Ozawa, and some of the other young students.

After much thought In Nineteen Fourty One. AikiBudo, became incorporated with the Butokukai, a goverment corporation which seeked to join all Arts into one Organization. Minoru Harai was appointed by O'Sensei, as the Director and Representative of AikiBudo in the Butokukai.

The year Nineteen Fourty Two. During the darkest hours of human history. When O'Sensei felt the need to give his Art the name of Aikido. Reflecting on it as the Path of Harmony, and Love. To be introduced to the World as a Path towards World Peace.

O'Sensei, had faith in this new form of Aikido which would unite us all. Working hard with Kisshomaru, to establish a place for Aikido amongst the Arts of Japan.

It was then when the name Aikido was first introduced. As a natural reaction new terms were taken and Aikido became a reduced seccion of the Butokukai Organized Arts.

O'Sensei's last visit to Manchuria came in Nineteen Fourty Two. He assisted the celebration anneversery of the Foundation of State, Manchukuo. His invitation came by the Great Association of Arts. O'Sensei, was sponser by Japan. The demostration was held in front of the Emperor Du Yi.

"O'Sensei, created Aikido founding his most highest ideal, that of bringing fourth World Peace. Aikidokas are the people of the path, Budokas maintain it's justice, and much of the secrets remain amogst those of Budo. We must learn that Love is the key to all in Heaven".                                                                                                                                                                    L.A.
